Your data is used to provision your software subscription, process payments, provide customer support, send service updates, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Stripe Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe collects payment information directly and handles it under their Privacy Policy. Your billing details are transmitted via encrypted TLS connection.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with essential service providers (Stripe for payments, hosting providers) under strict confidentiality agreements, or when required by law.
5. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit. Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for up to 2 years after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes.

Terms of Service

1. Subscription Terms
By subscribing, you agree to annual billing for the selected software package. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our enterprise software for internal business use only.
2. License Grant
We grant you access to the software features included in your tier for the number of licensed users. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
3. Payment & Renewal
All plans are billed annually in advance via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew each year unless canceled at least 3 days before renewal. Prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing aliciaathompson1994@outlook.com. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time, except as provided in our Refund Policy.
5. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee for Software Subscriptions
We stand behind our enterprise software. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.

Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5-7 business days. You will lose access to the software upon refund processing.
Exclusions
Refund guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of each package. Renewals are non-refundable. Abuse of the service or violation of Terms voids refund eligibility.
